Hence this drink. Granted its a variation of your typical mango lassi, I wanted to put a little tropical tang and twist with it. Yes she enjoyed this too.
Ingredients: serves 4
| Mango | 1 big ripe sweet chopped and peeled or 1 cup puree | |
| Pineapple | | 1 cup chopped small (I used canned) |
Non-fat yogurt | 1/2 cup | |
Coconut milk/milk | 1/2 cup | |
| Sugar | 1-2 tbsp ( if needed) | |
| Crushed ice | | 1 cup |
| Vanilla extract | few drops (optional) | |
Blend everything together. Serve immediately!
