If you've read some of my previous posts you'll know I love nutella :)) and it is also not a secret that I am chocoholic. I just can't have enough of this yummillicious spread. My hubby sometimes teases me that nutella should be my middle name he he. In fact as I am writing this, another nutella recipe is coming to my mind :D I can't help myself as I always think nutella is, quite frankly, one of the best culinary creations out there — a mixture of chocolate and hazelnuts that almost defies words... too good! Well, I love brownies too. The dense fudgy squares are just irresistible. So one day I decided to attempt to incorporate one of Earth's best chocolaty spreads into brownies. And these are eggless and I used no butter and very little sugar.. is very easy to make and it consists of my most fav things nutella, dark chocolate and coffee mmmm... can't write anymore... here goes the recipe -
Ingredients:Nutella ..................................... 1 cup melted in a microwave to runny consistency
All purpose flour ........................... 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder ............................. 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
Sour cream ................................ a little less than 1/2 cup (I use low fat)
Oil ........................................... 1/2 cup ( I use canola)
Milk ......................................... 1/2 cup at room temperature ( I use 2 % )
Instant coffee powder ................... 1 tsp
Sugar ........................................ 2 1/2 tbsp
Dark chocolate chips .................... 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract ............................. 1 1/2 tsp
Walnuts .................................... 1/4 cup chopped
Baking powder ............................ 1 tsp
Salt ......................................... a pinch
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
2. In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, coffee, walnuts, chocolate chips and mix.
3. In another bowl add oil, milk and whisk to combine. Add in the sour cream and sugar and beat for a minute. Add the nutella and vanilla in it and pour over the dry ingredients and mix properly till there is no dry flour left.
4. Grease a 9x11 square pan and pour the batter and bake for 30 minutes or till the cake tester comes out clean.
5. Let it cool down completely. Cut into squares and relish :) ENJOY!

Aipi! YOU had me at nutella! When I was a girl we could only get it in the US when my mum would come back from a trip to england! Every once in a while, nothing will do but nutchocolate as my kids used to call it! Thanks for sharing on the two for tuesday recipe blog hop and congrats on your blogger awards! Alex@amoderatelife

These brownies look amazing! I'm a nutella freak as well and have two containers in the house at all times.
My favorite snack using nutella taste just like a peanut butter cup...using a tablespoon, dip the tip into creamy peanut butter filling up half of the spoon, using a clean spoon, fill the rest of the tablespoon with nutella, gently mix the two butters together and eat them right from the spoon!!! Good Lord ♥ so very indulgent!
I'm trying your brownie beauties out on my family tonight!! Thanks for being a part of the Two for Tuesdays Blog Hop!!
Thanks a lot guys for all the wishes..love you all :))
